Foggy is a small turtle who never comes out of his shell. He watches the tide come in and out on the shores of the reversing falls in Saint John. His anxiety makes the world outside seem too big, too scary. One day a laid back seagull named S.J stumbles upon Foggy and helps him see that sometimes very small steps forward can lead to big journey's travelled.

This is a traditionally animated short film with messaging rooted in mental health. Written an directed by Brian Finlay this film is further helped by Laura Gatien Associates Counselling as our lead mental health consultant and sponsor.
