Junior Animators Online
Age's 12 - 14

This online (Virtual Classroom) course is comprised of 6 levels.
​
- Each level is four weeks long and requires a separate registration fee of $225 per level.
​
- Classes held online once per week minus "Independent Lab Week".
​
- Classes held via a virtual classroom.
(video conference link and password will be provided)
​
- Classes last one hour
(expectation is students will practice at home in-between online classes)
​
- All course levels "Work From Home" assignments and lab weeks

What To Expect
A fundamental skill building journey where students will be guided through drawing and animation exercises in an online classroom environment. Student's will be on camera in our private virtual classroom where lessons will be demonstrated and student work will be reviewed for all to see and benefit from.

This course is designed to change one's approach to drawing and learning skills that will help add the illusion of life, one drawing at a time. Every exercise is designed with the 12 principles of animation in mind, to be both challenging and fun.

All Levels Share The Same Structure

Week One
(lesson demo and feedback)

Week Two
(continued feedback and guidance)

Week Three
(Independent lab time)
Independent Lab Time (no online class) - Students work independently from home applying feedback from weeks one and two to fix or redo their project based on notes given in week one and two classes. Student's will then email their files to have them ready for instructor feedback during week four.

Week Four
(Final Feedback and show and tell)
Students share with the class there completed work and we learn the importance of giving a receiving constructive feedback.

Each student will have their work redlined during classes to help guide them towards better results and faster learning through file and screen sharing. This is a fundamentals course with the main objective being towards adopting drawing, animation and design strategies that help with dimension, structure and solid drawing and appeal.

Each level has a unique and progressive curriculum, building on the previous level.
​
With practice these skills will grow into powerful tools to help students bring their ideas to life.
​
This is not a course for Ipad or Android based tablets.
​
This course requires a PC
